PM SHRI Govt. High School Gaval Khol, Canacona Goa was established in 1988 by the Directorate of Education, Porvorim, and caters to ST and OBC students from the surrounding villages.
As part of the PM SHRI (Pradhan Mantri Schools for Rising India) initiative, we belong to a visionary network of schools aimed at providing high-quality education and becoming "exemplar" institutions that lead the way in implementing the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020.
Located in the serene surroundings of Canacona, South Goa, we believe in creating a learner-friendly environment that combines academic excellence with values, creativity and practical skills — through storytelling, art-integrated learning, sports-integrated education and technology-enabled instruction.
